Andy Freeth is the new chief executive of Classic Collection Holidays, the parent company of Classic Collection and Classic Package holidays.

Oliver Garner leaves at the end of this week toseek a new challenge and has been credited with being an "inspirational leader" of Classic Collection Holidays since it was acquired.

The parent company of National Holidays, Just Go!, Freeth stepped down as CEO. There are holidays in September. He had been employed by the domestic operator.

The sales director of the Global Travel Group was Freeth.

Simon Cooper said: "Andy has a huge amount of experience in tour operating and in leading B2B travel businesses through fast paced growth." He is an experienced chief executive who is excited to be coming on board and is eager to support the future growth of Classic.

Cooper said that Andy's experience in the long haul and luxury space will help them.

Freeth said he was excited to get back into the travel industry. I'm looking forward to working with the team at Classic to identify new products that will be marketed.

New logos were launched as part of a brand refresh by Collection Collection Holidays.

After spending the last four years leading the Classic business and eight years with the On the Beach Group, Oliver Garner is leaving the business. He worked closely with the leadership team at On the Beach to make sure the transition of leadership at Classic would be smooth.

He was instrumental in the acquisition and integration of sunshine.co.uk while he was a member of the executive.

Cooper thanked Oliver for his time with the board. Oliver has been a member of the leadership team at OTB for eight years and has been an inspiring leader of Classic Collection Holidays since it was acquired in 2019. It has been a pleasure working with Oliver and we wish him well.
