The first thing that came to mind was it.

The Vikings defeated the Wizards 19-9 at U.S. Bank Stadium in the first meeting between the two teams since they joined forces. He felt a range of emotions when he arrived at FedEx Field for the first time in over a year.

It made me emotional when I was on the bus, just thinking about where things have gone. I am so thankful that I was able to play for the coaches.

During his time in Washington, he played for former coach Mike Shanahan and his son, Kyle, who was an offensive assistant.

They believed in me before they believed in myself. Kyle dapped me up before the game at Atlanta. He told them to go out and have a good day. I told him that I wanted to prove him right. You don't have to prove me wrong. You will be in this league for a long time.

In leading the Vikings to their sixth consecutive victory, Cousins completed 22 of 40 passes for a total of 265 yards with two touchdown and one pick up. He knows that "You like that!" is here to stay.

He said those three words would follow him through his career and possibly his life.
