According to a report, a Boston doctor who told an undercover officer he was not in the mood to be arrested has been taken into custody.

Sadeq Quraishi, an anesthesiologist at Tufts Medical Center, is facing a charge of attempted sex trafficking of a child after agreeing to pay $250 to have sex with an imaginary child.

The Boston hospital suspended his medical staff privileges and placed him on leave after learning of the disturbing allegations against him.

The alleged events that led up to Quraishi's arrest began when he responded to an online ad showing what appeared to be two 18-year-old females who said they were travelling through town on a road trip. Court documents were cited by the station.

Quraishi was quoted as saying, "Hey you have been nice and I appreciate it, but the age thing is throwing me, if you were to tell me she's 16 or older and just looks young enough to pass off for 14 that would be a different thing"
