The rivalry between the two popular Republicans is heating up as both could run for the GOP nomination for president in four years.

At a rally in Pennsylvania, where he was campaigning for Republican candidates like Dr. Mehmet Oz, Trump used the nickname.

Trump referred to Ron DeSanctimonious when he called him "Ron DeSanctimonious."

According to a New York Times reporter, the former president had been testing out the nickname over the past two weeks.

Stone used the nickname in a post on Truth Social. It would be the most stunning act of ingratitude and treachery in the history of American politics if Ron DeSanctimonius was to run for president.

Both Trump and DeSantis are rumored to be potential candidates for the presidency in 2024. Trump told his supporters that they'll be happy with his decision, even though he hasn't ruled it out.

There have been reports of a rivalry between the two. Trump has shared videos and articles on Truth Social that say that if he ran against the former president, he'd be destroyed.

According to the report, Trump referred to DeSantis as fat,phony, andwhiny. The Washington Post reported that Trump was upset that he wasn't being more grateful to him.

Many of the same political talking points and policies as President Trump have been embraced by Florida Governor Ron DeSantis. The GOP Senate candidate in Colorado, Joe O'Dea, is a critic of the president. Trump said the endorsement was a mistake.

Just two days before the election, Trump snubbed the congressman by not inviting him to his rally in Miami. He is expected to win the election. Everyone in Florida Republican politics will be appearing with Trump.

A person close to Ron said that he was iced out of the rally.
