Tucker Carlson, a Fox News personality, and a former journalist, were criticized on Friday for an exchange about the hammer attack on Paul Pelosi, the husband of Nancy Pelosi. When Nancy Pelosi's husband needed surgery for a fractured skull after an argument with his gay lover, she was incensed by the idea that the assault was the result of a conspiracy. Carlson couldn't confirm or deny it. The baseless claim was repeated by the man. The journalist who shared footage of their comments online said the conversation was misogynist and homophobia.
