We flew on Virgin Atlantic's brand new A330-900neo for the first time last week. We compared the three classes on the flight from London's LHR to Boston'sBOS to see which one was better.

When Virgin Atlantic first revealed it had placed an order for 14 of the A330-900neo, we were excited to climb on it. The A330-900neo is more fuel efficient and quieter than the A330-300s they are replacing. The new cabin class has something very exciting.

Special guest Sam Salter flew in premium economy and Liam Spencer tried out the new economy seats on the plane.

The full video can be watched below.

The seats in each cabin were booked by the company.

  • Upper Class: 57,500 Virgin points plus 624 pounds sterling ($696) in taxes and fees.
  • Premium economy: 27,500 Virgin points plus 374 pounds ($417) in taxes and fees.
  • Economy: 20,000 Virgin points plus 218 pounds ($243) in taxes and fees.
