The Jets will be without one of their top targets for the second week in a row due to a knee injury.
Wilson is coming off one of the worst games of his career, in which he threw three picks in a loss to the New England Pats. He will once again have Mims in the role of an outside receiver.

In their last six meetings with the Jets, the Bills have held them to 17 or fewer points.
Mims and Wilson are expected to start on the outside in Davis' absence. Wilson replaced Moore after he requested a trade the previous week. Moore was able to see time in the slot.
Wilson had six catches for 115 yards. Mims, who was a healthy scratch for the first six games, seems to have found a permanent role. In two games, he has three catches for 80 yards.
Robert said his attitude has been great. Three weeks ago, something changed from his daily approach to coachability. All of it has made him feel better.
Davis was one of Wilson's most reliable players. He has 19 catches for 351 yards in seven games this season.
He's confident that Davis will come back in Week 11.
