  • Google has listed its Play System update for November 2022.
  • It brings tweaks to parental controls and the Google Wallet app.
  • It said to allow supervised users with ''no time limit restrictions'' to change their device's clock.
  • Android 13's photo picker will now extend support as far back as Android 4.4 KitKat.

We expect the Play System update to be rolled out in the month of June. The Play System update for the month of November is listed on the support page of the company. The new updates include parental controls, a few changes for the wallet app, and a new photo picker.

supervised users will be able to change their phone's clock with the November 2022, update. All supervised users are blocked from changing the clock to avoid changing the time restrictions imposed in the first place

An update to the user education experience for new features is highlighted by the search engine.

The new photo picker is one of the more interesting features coming with the update. This was only available on newer phones, but is now available on older ones as well.

Changes are coming to the wallet app as well. The app is said to receive an update that will allow developers to link to more screens for their products. Merchants are able to create a custom GPay button.

The Google Play Store v33.0 update is scheduled to be released on November 7th. Enhancements that include the following are not completely new.

  • Optimizations allowing faster and more reliable download and installation.
  • Continuous improvements to Play Protect to keep your device safe.
  • Various performance optimizations, bug fixes and improvements to security, stability and accessibility.

There is a partial changelog on the support page of the play system update. As of November 3, some updates should arrive, but other updates will arrive later on.
