Google Play System update for November 2022 brings the Android 13 photo picker to more phones

• Android 13's photo picker will now extend support as far back as Android 4.4 KitKat.

We expect the Play System update to be rolled out in the month of June. The Play System update for the month of November is listed on the support page of the company. The new updates include parental controls, a few changes for the wallet app, and a new photo picker.
