The annual Halloween candy prank was put on hold by Jimmy Kimmel because children have had enough of it during the Pandemic. The late night host would tell parents to record their children's reactions to all their Halloween candy. It wasn't fun for the kids, but it seemed like an unnecessary hardship on already upset little minds.
That didn't stop parents from doing it anyway, so this year they kicked off the tradition once more.
There were a lot of tears, a lot of big feelings, and a few kids who were notperturbed. While watching a little girl cry, a child commented that his father has done this every year.
Some of the mature candy lovers could not hide their hurt. One boy acknowledged that he had been happy to share his bounty with his parents, but also wanted all of the pieces that didn't have nuts.
There are a lot of children who think their parents have betrayed them.
