NBC News reported late Wednesday that the rapper paid a settlement to a former employee who accused him of using anti-Semitic remarks in the workplace.

NBC News spoke to six people who said they worked with West and that he made antisemitic remarks, including praising Hitler and the Jews.

NBC said it was withholding certain information to avoid identifying the person who came to the settlement with the recording artist and fashion mogul, who is now known as Ye. NBC said it had looked at the settlement and other correspondence.

The employee's claims were denied by West. NBC said that the employee signed a non-disclosure agreement. West's representatives did not respond to NBC News for comment.

NBC News said that some of the accusations have been going on for seven years.

According to NBC News, one former West employee who went on the record said he heard West voice antisemitic conspiracy and pro-Hitler thoughts.

According to a report by NBC News, another employee claimed that West said that Hitler had some good qualities.

West was temporarily locked out of his social media accounts last month after posting antisemitic comments, including one in which he said he would go "death con 3 on Jewish people."

Since Gap and Adidas cut ties with West, he has lost billions of dollars and his business empire has been destroyed.
