Before the trade deadline, the Miami Dolphins trades for Bradley Chubb and Jeff Wilson Jr., according to the coach. The trades reinforced what Tua Tagovailoa thought about the team.

He said that the team could see the potential that they had as a group. We are not afraid to discuss Super Bowls here. We're not afraid to talk about going to a playoff game and having the chance to win one.

I think we can win a Super Bowl.

Before Tuesday's trade deadline, the Dolphins acquired Chubb from the Denver Broncos and Wilson from the San Francisco 49ers in order to strengthen their odds of making it to the Super Bowl.

Even though Miami has won two games in a row entering its Week 9 game with the Chicago Bears, running back Raheem Mostert says adding high- caliber players like Chubb and Wilson can be a boost to the team's spirits.

He said that it was always good to know that we were in a good spot. We just have to put the pieces together and let's see what happens.

Chris Grier, the general manager of the Dolphins, said he made the trade for Chubb in order to add a really good player at a premium position. He expects a long-term deal for Chubb to be completed soon.

He hasn't given himself time to think about the roster he has constructed. In March, Grier orchestrated a trade for All-Pro wide receiver Tyreek Hill and signed Pro Bowl left tackle Terron Armstead, before adding Pro Bowl linebackers in May.

He said that he's always tried to put together the best team he can. We have a lot of good players. MikeMcDaniel and the coaching staff have done a great job of implementing their scheme and giving us a chance to win.

I don't think we have a chance to win a lot of games in the future, but I do think we have a good team that can compete.
