In Hallandale Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, President Joe Biden told a room full of supporters that the man who "invented" insulin was never patented because it was supposed to be available to everyone.

The president was trying to get people to vote for the Democrats.

The Inflation Reduction Act will affect Social Security and Medicare according to Biden.

Biden said that the diabetes treatment was meant to be available for everyone and that's why it's capped at $35.
