Barack Obama rebuked GOP Nevada Secretary of State nominee Jim Marchant as the former president returned to the campaign trail for Democratic candidates.

Obama compared Marchant to a football player at a Las Vegas rally.

Obama pointed out how former Nevada state Rep. Marchant, who is engaged in a tight race with Democratic rival, has tried to "one up all Republicans peddling lies about the 2020 election" by claiming that all elections in Nevada have been "fake" for the last 15

Marchant was not someone you wanted to oversee an election.

If the Raiders played the Chiefs, someone would say, 'Hey, how about that guy over there who has been tailgating for the last three?'

Why would you do it for an election if you wouldn't do it for football? Obama said something else.

Obama on election deniers overseeing elections: "It'd be like if the Raiders played the Chiefs & you noticed that instead of the refs ... someone said, 'hey, how about that guy over there wearing the Chiefs gear who has been tailgating ... let's put them in charge!'' pic.twitter.com/TwGa6hYbV8
