The Golden State Warriors are not living up to their standards according to Stephen Curry.

He told reporters after Tuesday's 116-109 loss to the Miami Heat that he was frustrated. You have to figure it out because we've had championship banners to show for it. The process is pretty solid and I hope everyone is happy with the results.

Golden State is a dynasty that has been around for a long time.

It has won four of the last eight titles, with the most recent coming last season when it defeated the Boston Celtics in the NBA finals. The 2022-23 campaign started with a championship-or-bust tone because many of the same players are still on the roster.

Curry said it will take something of a balancing act to turn things around.

Curry said the Warriors have to find the fine balance b/t playing with urgency to sort out their problems while not forcing anything and having patience while everything comes together.

"It's a weird concept, but having gone through this a couple times, we know what to do."

The Warriors have lost 3 in a row The Charlotte Hornets and Detroit Pistons are the only two teams the Heat have lost to this season.

Curry had a triple-double of 23 points, 13 assists and 13 rebound in the loss. He entered the season with averages of 31.0 points, 6.7 rebound, 5.6 assists and 1.4 steals, while shooting 38.5% from deep.

Klay Thompson is shooting 28.6 percent from deep, yet he averages just 12.3 points a night. Draymond Green is shooting just 25.0 percent from three-point range while Jordan Poole is second on the team in scoring at 17.9 points a night.

The defense was not helped by the fact that Poole was just 1- of-7 from deep.

According to NBA.com, that defense is 25th in the league in defensive rating, which is not very high.

Since it is early in the season, the Warriors have plenty of time to turn things around. If another championship is going to be in the cards, Curry will need more help on the offensive side and the defense will need to take drastic strides.
