Jerry Jones, the billionaire owner of the Dallas Cowboys, was smiling at a Halloween party. His recent antics might not be appreciated by the league.
Jones wore a striped shirt, sunglasses, and a walking stick when he showed up. After his niece took a photo for her social, it went viral.

The joke was on the refs, who are often criticized by owners, players, and fans for their questionable calls.
When it comes to throwing shade at the men in black and white, the league has rules.
There is a league memo for the year of 2019.
Comments regarding the quality of officiating, individual calls or missed calls, the league's officiating department, an officiating crew or an individual game official accusing game officials of acting with bias or questioning the integrity of NFL game officials, or posting negative or derogatory/demeaning content pertaining to that are all
Jones was asked if he was poking fun at the refs.
He said that he's getting close to a fine. It shows how much I value their decisions. I had all the things. I used it on others as well.
Stephen Jones, the CEO and Executive VP of the Cowboys, said on a sports radio show that he thinks the refs understand that you can have some humor with this stuff.
The NFL didn't comment at press time.
