In the third game of the World Series, Philadelphia hit five home runs, tying the record for most in a single game.

The record for most homers surrendered by a pitcher in a World Series game has been set.

It was the first time in World Series history that a team hit five homers in the first five frames.

We talked before the game about trying to get on him early.

Before the second baseman's home run,Harper called him over from the on-deck circle and gave him some advice.

"I don't think that's a big deal," saidHarper, when asked if he and Bohm talked about the possibility of tipping his pitches. We are trying to get as much information as possible from each other. We wanted to have the best at-bats.

Schwarber's 450-foot shot to dead center was the farthest of the two homers. Philadelphia hit home runs off four different pitches.

The pitcher had given up just three earned runs in the playoffs this month. He gave up five home runs on Tuesday, after allowing just four in the regular season.

17 homers at home is third most in a single playoffs all time for the Phils.
