A strong alliance

There is a World Series rivalry between the Astros and thePhillies that goes beyond the field.

The Houston Astros requested food from two popular Philadelphia restaurants.

The Astros' dietician reached out to Mike's BBQ in hopes of getting food for the team. In the post, there is a mention of a "Gil" and a search for Latin food, which is not served at Mike's.

The team might have been trying to reach the co-owner of a restaurant that serves Latin food.

Danny DiGiampietro, the owner of Angelo's Pizzeria, claimed that he didn't cook for the Astros because he was confused by the restaurant's name.

There was no word if the Astros could eat food before the game.
