Was trading for Calvin Ridley a smart move for Jaguars? (1:06)

Louis Riddick was not a fan of the trade between the Jags and Calvin Ridley. There is a time and a place for this.

Calvin Ridley was traded by the Atlanta Falcons to the Jacksonville Jags.

The Falcons would get a fifth-round pick and a fourth-round pick in exchange for the pick. If he's signed to an extension, the pick could become a second- or third-round selection.

Ridley took to social media with a logo.

He was suspended for at least the next two seasons for betting on games. The earliest he can get back into the league is in February of 2023.

A ruling from the U.S. Supreme Court paved the way for all states to allow sports betting. Josh Shaw was suspended by the National Football League for betting on games while on injured reserve.
