Peak and off-peak season concepts are no longer relevant for some hotels.

Many popular destinations can no longer see a lull in business at certain times of the year due to relentless demand.

The COO of Grace Bay Resorts, which has several Turks and Caicos properties, told me that there was a single, homogenous season in the years of 2021.

Advani said that they have to make sure that the rooms are in tip-top condition. In order to paint, change out furniture or make improvements to the property, we have had to close a portion of the property.

While Advani acknowledged that Grace Bay Resorts could likely delay some enhancements, he and his team have chosen to move forward with them this year, even if it means turning away some of that pent up business.
