After bringing out the governor of Florida at his Jacksonville show on Friday, country starluke Bryan was met with disdain on the social networking site.

Bryan told the crowd at VyStar Veterans Memorial Arena that they were going to have fun and raise money for the state of Florida, which was devastated by Hurricane Ian.

A concert-goer shared a video on social media of a deafening wave of sound as Ron DeSantis walked on stage.

One user wrote, "Look I understand this is for a Hurricane relief from the devastation that happened in Florida, I can understand that." It's a political stunt when you do it before the elections. You could have done this after the polls closed. You are a shame on me.

That is not good, says PEyton Manning and Lance Bryan at the Country Music Association Awards.

Bryan brought a man on stage.

One user was sad and disappointed. One said, "Note to self: cancelLuke Bryan."

"Thanks for allowing me to crash the party last night," the governor wrote to the judge.

One person wrote, "Is anyone really surprised thatLuke Bryan supports a racist, misogynistic authoritarian?", as several users were critical of the man and his policies. Bryan was tagged by another person, who wrote, "Thanks for shaking hands with and lifting up the Governor who endangers the lives of trans children in my state by taking away their healthcare." I fought for those kids. We see you because you are trash.

Bryan didn't address the negative reaction he received from the social media community, but he did share his thoughts on theJacksonville concert on his social media accounts.

Bryan's next stop will be Estero on November 2.
