The University of Florida and the University of Georgia strongly condemned the antisemitic message projected onto one of the giant videoboards at TIAA Bank Field.

There was a message at the stadium after the Florida and Georgia game. "Kanye was right about the Jews" was written on the backside of a video board. That was in reference to recent antisemitic comments made by musician/producer/designer Ye.

There are two banners on an overpass that read "End Jewish Supremacy in America" and "Honk if you know it's the Jews", according to a report.

A joint statement was released by the schools.

"We strongly condemn the antisemitic hate speech projected outside TIAA Bank Field in Jacksonville after the Florida-Georgia football game Saturday night and the other antisemitic messages that have appeared in Jacksonville." The University of Florida and the University of Georgia condemn all forms of hate and bigotry. The Jewish community at the University of Georgia and the University of Florida is strong and thriving.

Khan was upset to learn of the messages and was with his team in London for the game against the Broncos.

The experience at the Florida-Georgia game was marred by antisemitic rhetoric and messages. This isn't representative of our community, but it happened and it's outrageous. It's not right and it hurts. It can't continue. I'm asking everyone to join me in ending the hatred and ignorantness. We should be better.
