The club's first three home league games were called off due to the unsafe pitch.
Dave Boddy said that there was a significant impact on the company's cash flow.
"This agreement with HMRC will help us in the running of the club," he said.

The club agreed a time to pay arrangement last month and have already paid three of the six installments.
With the company that runs their ground on the verge of administration, they are now looking at alternative venues for home games.
The CBS Arena is not included in the prospective takeover of the stadium which was accepted on Sunday, according to the reports.
"Serious challenges to the football club and the sporting performance, and distress to our supporters, are presented by the position of theACL," Boddy said.
