Live Activities integration will be added to the built-in TV app on the iPhone. Live Activities on the Lock Screen will allow users to track games in real time.
Users will be able to add a sleep option to their lock screen. One option shows the amount of time you spent in bed, another shows a bar chart of sleep quality, and the final option shows time in bed with a visual representation.
Freeform is an app from Apple that allows users to collaborate with friends and co-workers on a single board with drawings, text, videos, images, and more. External display support will be reintroduced in iPadOS 16.2 External display support for iPad and Stage Manager will be delayed and reintroduced later this year. External display support with iPadOS 16.2 will allow users to connect their iPad to an external display and use Stage Manager to perform multiple tasks at the same time.
There is still time for Apple to make changes and add new features for the update since it is expected to be released in December. In February and March, Apple is expected to release new versions of iPadOS 16.3 and macOS Ventura 13.3, according to Gurman.
