You can apply for the Ink Business unlimited credit card now.

Businesses leave a lot of rewards on the table if they don't use the right credit card. I wanted to take an in-depth look at the Ink Business unlimited credit card, which is the most compelling Chase credit card for everyday spending. It is possible to maximize the rewards on the card.

It is an ideal time to pick up the card as it is offering an incredible new best-ever welcome bonus that is almost unheard of for a no annual fee product.

The Chase ink business unlimited card is one of the best cards in the lineup. There are a lot of things that make this card great, from the welcome bonus, to the rewards structure, to the perks. You have to know what you are doing to get the most value out of the card.

Chase Ink Unlimited Welcome Offer: $900 Or 90,000 Points

If you spend $6,000 within three months of opening your account, you'll get a bonus of 90,000 points. The 90,000 points can be redeemed for cash back or converted into Chase Ultimate rewards points.

I value Chase Ultimate rewards points at 1.7 cents per point. The best welcome bonus you can find is this one. We have never seen a bonus like this on the card.

Redeem 90,000 points for some amazing travel experiences

Chase Ink Unlimited Card Eligibility & 5/24 Rule

You can earn a bonus on all of the cards in the Ink Business Card lineup if you have three of them. All three of the cards are mine.

The general credit card application rules are included. If you have opened five or more new card accounts in the past two years, you won't be approved for a Chase card. If you apply for this card, make sure you are under the limit.

Chase Ink Unlimited No Annual Fee

There is no annual fee for the Chase ink business. It won't cost you anything, and you can keep it for a long time.

Chase Ink Unlimited 1.5x Points (Or 1.5% Cash Back)

The Chase Ink Business unlimited is said to offer unlimited cash back. Since there are other cards that earn 2% cash back, this isn't really that great. It is possible to convert the 1.5% cash back into 1.5x Ultimate rewards points per dollar spent. You will go from a return of 1.5% to a return of 2.55% if I value Ultimate rewards points at 1.7 cents each.

I think this is one of the best cards for everyday spending if you earn 1.5x Ultimate rewards points.

3% Foreign Transaction Fees

I don't recommend using this card abroad since it has 3% foreign transaction fees. The ink business preferred credit card has no foreign transaction fees.

Chase Ink Unlimited 0% Intro APR

Purchases for the first 12 months of the business are free. You should try to pay that off within that time period because the variable rate is 22.24% after that.

It is something a lot of small businesses appreciate when they make a big purchase.

How To Maximize The Chase Ink Business Unlimited

I have been vague about the rewards on the Chase Ink Business unlimited. The 1.5% cash back is not exceptional. There is a way to earn larger rewards with this card.

Turn Cash Back Into Ultimate Rewards Points

The Chase Ink Business unlimited is a points-earning card. Each point can be redeemed for one cent cash back if you earn 1.5x points. The valuation of the card is based on that.

There is a trick that can greatly increase the value of your points. If you have the Chase Ink Business unlimited in conjunction with a card that earns Ultimate rewards points, you can do better. The following are included in these cards.

When you redeem your points through the Chase Travel portal, you'll get a minimum of the following:

  • If you have the Chase Sapphire Preferred or Ink Business Preferred, points can be redeemed for 1.25 cents each toward a travel purchase
  • If you have the Chase Sapphire Reserve, points can be redeemed for 1.5 cents each toward a travel purchase

You can potentially get even more value out of your points by transferring them to one of the Ultimate rewards airline or hotel partners, which include the following:

You can transfer points online. You can read more about that in this post.

For a no annual fee card, the Chase Ink Business Unlimited offers an incredible sign up bonus and generous rewards structure.

Chase Ink Unlimited Rental Car Coverage

An excellent primary auto rental CDW is offered by the Ink Business.

  • This is valid when renting globally for business reasons, and is valid outside the United States when renting for personal reasons
  • To take advantage of this, decline the rental company’s collision insurance and charge the entire rental cost to your card

The ink business unlimited CDW benefit is detailed in this post.

Chase Ink Unlimited Extended Warranty Protection

The time period of your manufacturer's warranty can be extended by an additional year with the Chase Ink Business unlimited.

Is Chase Ink Business Unlimited Right For You?

If you have a small business, the Chase Ink Business unlimited is worth applying for because of the incredible bonus and it is worth keeping for everyday spending.

I wanted to look at the best overall strategy to take with the Chase Ink Business unlimited, what are the best alternatives, what are the best replacements, etc.

Complement Chase Ink Unlimited With Other Ink Cards

The Ink Business Preferred and Ink Business Cash are two Chase Ink cards that complement the Ink Business unlimited.

  • You can earn the bonuses on all three cards, and all three cards have incredible bonuses
  • The Ink Business Cash® Credit Card (review) also has no annual fee, and offers 5x points on the first $25,000 of combined purchases per cardmember year on office supply stores, internet, cable TV, mobile phones, and landlines, and 2x points on the first $25,000 of combined purchases per cardmember year on restaurants and gas stations
  • The Ink Business Preferred® Credit Card (review) has a $95 annual fee, and offers 3x points on the first $150,000 spent each cardmember year on travel, shipping purchases, internet, cable, phone services, and advertising purchases made with social media sites and search engines

Comparison: Amex Blue Business Plus Vs. Ink Business Unlimited

The Blue Business® Plus Credit Card from American Express has no annual fee and offers 2x Membership Reward points on the first $50,000 spent annually.

The catch is that you can only earn 2x points on the first $50,000 you spend each year. It's very restrictive for a lot of companies. The bonus on the Blue Business Plus is not as good as the bonus on the Chase Ink unlimited. I get good value from both of the cards I have.

Best Cash Back Card Alternative To Chase Ink Unlimited

The American Express Blue Business Cash card has no annual fee and is great for earning cash back for business spending. The card offers 2% cash back on the first $50,000 spent, which is a good return.

If you're eligible, I can't recommend the Chase Ink Business unlimited enough. The card has a huge welcome bonus, no annual fee, and is the best card for everyday business spending.

If you want to earn Chase points, you should apply for it.

You can get a bonus of 90,000 points if you apply for the Chase Ink Business unlimited.

The rates and fees can be found in the links. American Express Blue Business Cash Card and the Blue Business Plus Credit Card are included.
