henry cavill liam hemsworth

A new Geralt of Rivia has been named, and it's Liam Hemsworth.

The announcement came down on Saturday, and it's shaking up TV land, as the lead role in the show has been held by him for three seasons now. The timing makes sense, as he says he's out there and passing the baton to someone else.

Henry wrote, "My journey as Geralt of Rivia has been filled with both monsters and adventures, and I will be laying down my sword for Season 4." The White Wolf will be taken up by the wonderful Mr Liam Hemsworth.

He wished Liam good fortune playing the character he loved. Liam said, "Henry, I have been a fan of yours for a long time and was inspired by what you brought to this beloved character."

I may have some big boots to fill, but I'm really excited to be in the world of The Witcher

It is a big deal and predictable. Henry is back for the DCEU as Superman, and there's at least one more movie he's gonna do as the Man of Steel, if not more. The deck seems to be being cleared for that.

Henry has gotten rave reviews for his performance as Geralt, with many seeing it as his post-Superman era and giving him kudos for leaving DC behind.

Henry seems to be all in on his first love again after some major regime changes at WB. Mixed bag reaction to Liam taking on the mantle. All that matters is that he has the king's approval.
