The former communications director for the Trump White House said Friday that she expects the president to return to the social networking site soon.

On ABC's "The View," which she has been a panelist on since August, she explained why she thinks Trump would hurt the GOP more than good.

Some good news for you ladies at the table, that's what he said.

It hurts him to be on the social networking site. She argued that his crazy statements don't get as much attention on Truth Social as they did on Twitter.

Trump attacked her on Truth Social for her criticisms of him. She became upset with her former boss after the U.S Capitol riot.

She said that nobody noticed the attack on her by Trump. It was similar to a tree falling in the woods.

There is a difference in the way that social media is used. Voters will remember how much drama he created when he has a bigger platform. Republicans will have to answer for everything.

She doesn't think it's good for the party or for him.

Trump was banned from the social media site in 2021. Musk said he would nix permanent bans for rule breaking users, but Trump said he would stick to his platform.
