David DePape, who police say attacked House Speaker Nancy Pelosi's husband in San Francisco early Friday morning, has been linked to personal websites that railed against the government and technology giants.
The couple's home was broken into and Paul Pelosi struck with a hammer. DePape was taken into custody on Friday and is currently being booked on a number of charges. The motive was still being determined by the police chief.
The long-debunked conspiracy theory about prominent Democrats being involved in child-sex was promoted on a website registered to David DePape. He wrote in a post that the gas chamber doors at Auschwitz looked similar. Feminists talk about how they want equality.
Several websites were found to be registered to a man named David DePape. "FrenlyFrenz" is a website containing posts against immigrants, Jews and women. David DePape's friend and former housemate, Gypsy Taub, is the author of a website. "wamen" and "women" are both spelled the same in a post under the name David DePape.
The suspect's accounts could not be independently verified. David DePape is 42 years old and lives in California.
The "elites" and "ruling class," who "never censor themselves," were the subject of a post on one of the websites. He said that the news media has a narrative put forth by the people who rule you.
He wrote that the founding fathers built in protection against censorship from the government because they never imagined that tech giants and private industry would be so powerful. The website was suspended for violating the terms of service.
There was a wide-ranging, packed with videos, meme, colorful drawings, and categorized into sections with titles such as "voter fraud" and "groomer schools." He said that he remembers the backlash when the rapper came out in support of the president. Adidas, the talent agency CAA and others severed ties with West after he posted antisemitic rants.
