Jerry Lee Lewis died Friday at the age of 87 according to several outlets.
The singer died, according to his publicist.
Lewis died at his home in Desoto County, Mississippi, but no cause of death was given.
On Wednesday, it was reported that Lewis had died, but later it was corrected to say that he had passed. It wasn't the case.
Last week, Lewis was included in the Country Music Hall of Fame, but he was too ill with the flu to attend.
Lewis told Judith in his final days that he was not afraid.

Two of his children, Steve Allen Lewis and Jerry Lee Lewis Jr., passed away.
