Denver Broncos coach Nathaniel Hackett expects quarterback Russell Wilson to play against the Jacksonville Jaguars on Sunday.
Wilson missed the game against the Jets due to a injury.
"We hope to see Russell out there, barring any setbacks," he said.
Wilson practiced without limitations on Friday, according to Hackett.
Wilson said since the team arrived in London that he would play.
Wilson said after Wednesday's practice that he felt great. Get a big win in London. I'm prepared to rock.
Wilson missed the Broncos' loss to the Jets on Sunday because of an injury he sustained in the fourth quarter of the Broncos' loss to the Los Angeles Clippers. The Broncos lost to the 16-9
Wilson had been getting treatment for a partial muscle tear near his right shoulder. On the team's flight from Denver to London, Wilson said he went as far as to do some of his rehabilitation exercises.
Wilson said that he was working on his legs and walking up and down the aisles to make sure he was ready for the game.
Wilson's ability to protect himself and move to get out of trouble would be a benchmark for him. Wilson had cleared that benchmark by the end of the week, according to Hackett.
Russell is always going to believe he can go. That's what you like about him. We wanted to make sure we gave him enough time to get his mind and body in order. You felt more comfortable with him when you watched him throw and move in the pocket.
The Broncos are last in the league in scoring, last in red zone offense, last in goal-to-go situations and 30th on third down.
Wilson has thrown at least one touchdown pass in six of his seven starts.
