For 120 days, your premier status will be valid. You need to earn the following before your complimentary status ends.
You earn 1 PQP for every $1 spent with United and 1 PQF for every segment flown. You have to spend $1,000 on at least four United flights to keep your premier silver status.

How to enroll in Bilt's United status challenge You don't have to apply for the Bilt Mastercard to participate in the challenge if you sign up with Bilt rewards.
Go to step four if you already have a Bilt rewards account.
Go to biltrewards.com and log in.
Go to the screen and fill out the form. The "Apply for the Bilt Mastercard" box can be found on the page. You can untick this box if you don't want to open the card.
You will be a Bilt Blue member once you sign up and download the app.
Select "Learn more" when you log into your Bilt account on the app.
You will be invited to link your account to Bilt rewards. First name, last name and MileagePlus number are required. You don't have to have a Mileage Plus password.
You can enroll in the status challenge once you link your Mileage Plus account to Bilt. You need to agree to the terms and conditions before you can register. It could take up to three weeks for your Mileage Plus status challenge to start.

The startup is giving free status matches to all Bilt rewards members up to premier gold. If you're not a Bilt member, you can sign up for free by linking your United account to the Bilt website.
