Sonic Prime will premiere on December 15th on the streaming service. Sonic will have to deal with a lot of multiverse shenanigans, according to new plot details released by the streaming company.
According to the Sonic Prime synopsis, an incredible twist thrusts Sonic into a new adventure featuring a reinvented cast and Sonic like you've never seen him before, where the fate of the multiverse rests in his gloved hands. Some of the "reinvented" characters will be shown in a new poster. There is a reflection of Metal Sonic-ized Amy in one of the pictures. I hope you sit down for this one, Tails is wearing a shirt.
Sonic Prime will be released about a month after Sonic Frontiers, a Breath of the Wild-inspired Sonic game. My anticipation is between the first and second levels of The Sonic Cycle. You can also look forward to a third movie in the Sonic the Hedgehog film franchise that will be released in December of 2024.
