The Golden State Warriors are valued at $7 billion by Forbes.

The valuation of the Warriors improved over the course of the year. The franchise paid into revenue sharing and ended the season with the highest revenue and operating income in NBA history.

The Los Angeles Lakers did not take the top spot on the Forbes NBA team valuation list for the first time.

The Golden State Warriors moved to San Francisco's Chase Center after a full season in New York and Los Angeles. Forbes states that Golden State made $150 million in arena sponsorships and advertising.

The Knicks and Lakers are doing great. The top five are New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, and Boston. In the last seven years, the Knicks have been the top team.

The New Orleans Pelicans are not included in the top 30 NBA teams that are worth more than $1 billion.

The average NBA team is worth more than last year. The NBA is worth $3 billion or more.
