The New York Post said it had been hacked in a statement.

There was a false rumor that New York Republican gubernatorial candidate Lee Zeldin will commit acts of sexual assault on New York Gov. Kathy Hochul.

Texas Gov. Greg Abbott is planning to kill illegal immigrants, as well as President Joe Biden and his son.

Zeldin's racist, violent and stereotypical quotes were used to create a fake story against New York City mayor Eric Adams.

The story is evolving.
