According to SNY's Andy Martino, the New York Yankees were taken aback by the level of negativity hitting them during the ALCS home games.

The Yankees were swept in four games by the Astros, leading to a tense environment at Yankee Stadium as New York lost the last two games of the series.

A number of Yankee players have told their agents that playing at the stadium last weekend was brutal. It wasn't easy for many teammates to believe that fans booed Judge. Josh Donaldson was turned into a sympathetic figure by the force of the jeering.

More information and analysis will be provided soon.
