'World's dirtiest man' dead at 94 'not long after' taking bath for first time in decades

State media reported that an Iranian man dubbed the "world's dirtiest man" died at the age of 94.

IRNA reported that Amou Haji died in the village of Dezhgah. He didn't bathe for more than 60 years because he didn't want to get sick.

Amou Haji was known as the "world's dirtiest man" and his life was chronicled in a documentary.

According to the IRNA report, villagers took him to a bathroom to wash for the first time a few months ago.
