Frank Clark was suspended for two games by the National Football League for violating the league's personal conduct policy.
The suspension starts immediately. The bye this week will allow Clark to miss the games against theTitans andJaguars. He will be able to return in Week 11 against the Los Angeles Clippers.
Clark was sentenced to 40 hours of community service after pleading no contest to two counts of possession of an assault weapon.
Clark was arrested in Los Angeles in March of 2021, when he was riding in a vehicle that did not have a license plate. There was a weapon in the car and two loaded firearms.
Clark was stopped for a code violation in June of 2021.
Clark had his best game of the season in the victory over the 49ers. He had a safety in the fourth quarter when he tackled Jimmy Garoppolo.
Clark leads the team in sacks with three.
