Texas A&M has suspended three players for violating team rules, according to sources.
According to sources, the suspensions stem from an altercation in the locker room after the game.
Denver Harris, Chris Marshall, and PJ Williams have been suspended.
This is the second time this season that Texas A&M has handed down suspensions to members of its top rated class. The players were suspended for the Miami game because of a curfew violation, according to sources.
After being ranked 6th in the preseason, the Aggies have struggled. They won their next two games against Miami and Arkansas, but then lost their next three to Mississippi State, Alabama and South Carolina.
The Texas A&M's struggles have been caused by an offense that is ranked at the bottom of the nation in scoring. Texas A&M hasn't scored more than 24 points in a game since last year.
There have been injuries to the A&M. The offensive linemen would all miss the rest of the season. Haynes King was hurt against South Carolina and was replaced by a Freshman. King should play against the Rebels.
Texas A&M was already without quarterback Max Johnson, who broke a bone in his throwing hand in the loss to Mississippi State, and Ainias Smith, who suffered a season-ending leg injury.
The Ole Miss game will be played on Saturday.
