  • YouTube begins to roll out its new revamped visual elements for mobile and web users.
  • Those using dark theme will find colors bleeding into the background of the video page along with playlists receiving the same treatment.
  • Pinch to zoom and precise seeking is also being included for iOS and Android devices.

The new visual experience for mobile and web users is part of the celebrations.

New design elements for mobile and web users are being rolled out by the company. Through user feedback, YouTube has been able to create a design that represents its brand better.

Adding a splash of color to its video pages is the beginning of the revamping. Ambient mode is going to be introduced with this update. The new mode and dynamic color sampling allow the background of the app to adapt to the color of the video a user is watching.

The company stated that it has improved the dark mode to be even darker. It hopes that this slight change will make your video pop even more on smart TVs, web, and mobile devices.

The same color improvements are included in the new update. You can enjoy them with ease if there is more information about each of them.

It has taken a step back to rethink how users interact with videos on the site. Links in a video's description have been turned into buttons, and other elements such as like, share, and download have shifted into a more minimalist form. The subscribe button has a different design.

The new shape of the page will be visible to users. Although it's no longer red, the change will make it easier to find and watch videos on different pages.

The former of which was recently tested, is pinch to zoom, which will be rolled out in this update as well. Pinch to zoom allows users to zoom in or out of a video on their mobile device. Users can drag or flick up to bring up a row of thumbnail in the video player. It is possible for users to find what they are looking for in a video.
