The OneUI 5 update is expected to be available later this week in other countries. If your device doesn't alert you to the update, it's a good idea to check your system update within your settings.

According to SamMobile, the people who are testing OneUI 5 should only get a small patch to boost them to stable, but the rest will get a much more significant update.

Two weeks ago, we got our first look at OneUI 5. In that detailed look, we learned that the company is trying to make their phones feel like extensions of them. One of those ways is the ability to choose between new clock styles for their lock screens and notification pop-ups, as well as using a video of their choice to adorn it.

We now know of its new security measures. Users will be warned if they share an image with private information such as a credit card, ID or passport.

Users outside of South Korea won't be able to use the feature until a software patch is released.
