Apple Leisure Group executives say Hyatt has been a cultural match in Hyatt's first year of ownership.

At Apple Leisure Group's Ascend Conference, Ray Snisky gave an update on what the company has been able to accomplish since last November.

Snisky said at a press conference on Friday that the company's group business revenue will double in 2022.

Snisky said that the company is increasing its investments in technology in order to make the booking process simpler.

Snisky said they spent a lot of time improving the security. Some fixes are not really fixes but protect our customers.

Hyatt helped identify the company's vulnerabilities and provided financial support to improve its defense.

The level of detail, of understanding and experience that Hyatt brought to the table on where there are risks is one of the benefits of working with them.

The tools that the travel advisors use to book the company's vacation packages are prioritized.

The new program allows travel advisors to earn credits and accreditation status with the company. Travel advisors who complete the five interactive certification modules will be able to earn Travel Institute continuing education unit credits.

Due to Hyatt's existing technology, the launch of the ALGVPro program has been accelerated.

Over 500 agents were certified in the first three days after we launched.
