Patrick Wilson, Vera Farmiga, Annabelle

The Warrens are going to make New Line Cinema absolutely gob-smacking amounts of money on basically the least amount of budget imaginable, as reported by The Hollywood Reporter.

The ninth or tenth movie in the Conjuring cinematic universe, which never met a spooky doll or a scary nun, will be the title of the film. There is a sequel to The Nun in theaters in 2023. New Line has confirmed that Patrick Wilson and Vera Farmiga will reprise their roles as Ed and Lorraine Warren, who continue to be more concrete, evidence-wise, in their investigations than they ever were in real life. James Wan will take up his usual spot as producer but no director has been announced.

The return on investment on these things has always been great. New Line and Warner Bros. have made over $2 billion at the box office by releasing eight movies in the franchise. The Curse of La Llarona and Annabelle Comes Home are the two newest additions to the franchise. There is no word on when the movie will land.
