OneWeb has launched over 400 satellites, all of them on Arianespace rockets. Following Russia's invasion of Ukraine, OneWeb sought out new rides to go to space.

Two were found by the company. In March, OneWeb announced that it had signed a launch deal with SpaceX, and a month later, it revealed a similar deal with New Space India. The terms of the deals were not made public.

The first launch will take place on Saturday. OneWeb has yet to fly with one of its competitors in the satellite- internet field.

Sometime next year, OneWeb expects to reach that milestone. Customers who live above 50 degrees north are covered.

India's most powerful rocket is called the LVM3 and is 141 feet tall. According to the specifications page of the Indian Space Research Organization, the three-stage launcher is capable of delivering 17,600 pounds of cargo to low Earth orbit.
