NASA's New James Webb Shot Is Much Better When You Put Googly Eyes on It

NASA released a photo of the Pillars of Creation, a star nursery filled with dust in the sky, on wednesday.

A new photo was released the next day. ScienceSocks put eyes on the Pillars because they did.

In the 1990s, the Pillars of Creation were discovered. Researchers spotted the crib and used Hubble to create a stunning image for the ages.

The sheer number of stars that dot the cosmos are that much clearer, while the color, texture, and composition of the dusty Pillars themselves are seen in greater detail.

The shot takes a whole other level with the eyes.

Netizens pointed out that Pillars' additions were very similar to a group of puppets.

As far as we know, they're absolutely correct.

One person wrote that it was the Sesame Street Martians.

The DIY'd looked a lot like Spongebob Pillars. They're similar to Ursula's mer-prisoners from "The Little Mermaid", we think.
