According to a new CNBC/All-America Economic survey, President Joe Biden's approval ratings have improved 10 points since July, but Republicans are in control of Congress.

According to the survey of 800 voters conducted October 13-16 by Democratic polling firm Hart Research and Republican pollsters Public Opinion, just 16% of respondents think the state of the economy is excellent or good.
Republicans hold a two point advantage in wresting control of Congress, with 50% of voters saying they prefer the GOP and 42% saying they prefer Democrats.
More than half of voters disapprove of Biden's job performance and more than half disapprove of his handling of the economy.
When asked about six economic issues, voters said they had more confidence in a Republican-controlled Congress to handle them than they did in a Democratic one.

He is going to Pittsburgh on Thursday to campaign with John Fetterman, who is running for the Senate.
