During his post- match media duties, Ten Hag only said that he would address the issue on Thursday.

"We will deal with that tomorrow, I don't pay attention to that today, we will deal with that tomorrow," Ten Hag said when asked about the behavior of the player.

The focus was on a great performance from the 11 players.

It was a squad performance and I need to correct myself.

Tomorrow, we deal with that. 11 players are defending and 11 are attacking.

It's not the first time that Ten Hag has been affected by a game being left early.

The Dutchman branded the forward's actions " unacceptable" after he was pictured leaving Old United before the end of a preseason game.

Ten Hag said it was unacceptable. It's for everyone. We are a team and you have to keep going.

After the Portugal international was pictured shaking his head after being taken out of the game, Ten Hag had to defend him.

Even though United needed a goal, Ten Hag said he did not have a problem with the reaction of the players.

He said that he understands that no player is happy when they are removed.

I don't mind if it is done in a normal way.
