A group of police officers in Massachusetts didn't get the message about minding their own beeswax.

According to the Associated Press, Rorie Woods tried to stop the sheriffs from serving an eviction notice by unleashing a swarm of angry bees. One of the officers had to be hospitalized because he was allergic to bees. The woman is facing several assault and battery charges.

According to the AP, Woods went to the site of the eviction in an SUV with bee hive equipment. The protesters were trying to prevent the eviction. The woman got out of the truck and started shaking the bees in order to get them to leave. There were hundreds of bees that came out.

Woods wore a protective suit for the sake of the bees. The officer trying to stop Wood from opening the cage was stung in the face. Woods didn't seem to care about the officers who were allergic to bee sting

This isn't the first time cops have been stung. According to The Los Angeles Times, a group of police officers were attacked in Pasadena, California, in 2020. The police got stung when they were called in to help the firefighters. Several people, including two firefighters and a police officer, were taken to the hospital.
