Try not to call Facebook.
You will get a recording if you dial either of the Palo Alto-area phone numbers for the social media mega platform. You can choose to send an email to an account through a series of options. For media inquiries and records for law enforcement, these are included.
If you would like to avoid the email queue, you can leave a voicemail.
You can hit 1 for customer service. You will be directed to click on the word "help" at the bottom of any Facebook page. It isn't. The bottom of the page is not visible if you are on your main feed.
There are a few things you can do.
You must log into your account to contact Facebook. The top right corner of the screen can be seen on the desktop website. Click the arrow and choose "Help & support" from the menu. You can choose "Help Centre," "Support Inbox," or "Report a problem" from there.
"Help us improve the new Facebook" and "something went wrong" are two options that pop up when you click on "Report a problem"
Select "Help us improve the new Facebook" if you have a suggestion. If you've had an issue with the site, fill out a short form and tell us what happened. Facebook isn't inscrutable for more general customer service inquires.
The Help Community is a good place to ask your question to other platform users.
