Imagine whipping out an iPad Pro in a coffee shop, only to have everyone think you have a regular iPad because the sign on the back of the device just says "iPad."
That is exactly how things were on earlier generations of iPad Pro models. Now, that is behind us.
Everything is right with the world now that the new iPad Pro has a sign on the back. Everyone will now know what a cool cat you are if they look closely at the sign at the back of the device.

The iPad Air has a sign on the back that says "iPad Air". Generations used to say "iPad."
If you want to personalize your iPad Pro, Apple will let you do it for free. Adding two more lines saying "iPad Pro" would make sure everyone knows you have a Pro device on your hand. It's just a statement.
Customers can order the new iPad Pro now, and it will be delivered in October. The 11-inch and 12.9-inch models start at $799 and $1,099.
