Following a crash at Las Vegas Motorspeedway, Wallace went after Kyle. There is a time and a place for this.
On Tuesday, NASCAR suspended Wallace for the upcoming race at Miami- Homestead after he confronted the reigning champion after he spun him at Las Vegas Motor Speedway.
According to the rule book, Wallace's infraction was classified as behavioral, which means that he deliberately spun Larson, his contact with a series official and his shoving match with Larson were covered.
Wallace will miss the race in South Florida due to his suspension.

Wallace had already been eliminated from the championship chase when he clashed with Larson. Kevin Harvick dropped out of the group when he tried a three-wide pass. Wallace did not lift to give Larson any room. Wallace's car was pushed into the wall.
Wallace had led 29 laps in a car he believed was capable of winning and retaliated by following Larson's car down to the apron and hooking him in the right-rear corner as payback. Christopher Bell is part of the Toyota camp with Wallace.
Bell was dropped to last in the playoffs because of it.
Wallace got out of his car and walked towards the track. Wallace shoved the smaller driver before he even got to the other driver.
Wallace got in multiple shots before a NASCAR safety worker separated the two after a NASCAR safety worker separated the two after Wallace got in multiple shots.
He apologized for his actions in a social media post. He apologized to NASCAR and its fans for putting them in a situation in the playoffs that they don't deserve.
Wallace apologized for hitting the wall, but his post didn't address the wreck.
Wallace wrote "I compete with immense passion and with passion at times comes frustration." I should have represented our partners and core team values better than I did by letting my frustration get the best of me. I want to learn from this.
The winner of Sunday's race and the first driver locked into the championship-deciding finale said Wallace's retaliation is not ok.
"Maybe it's a little better if he spun him into the infield, that's what I think,'' he said. Right-rear hooking someone is not okay. I don't think people realize how bad that could have been. It could have been the end of Kyle's career if that had happened. What was on the line was what I was focused on. He's his life.
In a way, he was lucky to hit Bell to make it softer.
It's possible thatLarson hit it in the side. And then go away. There is no place for that. It's not possible to do that. I don't want to use cars for weapons. Get out and fight him.
