The maiden voyage from Lisbon to Barcelona is scheduled to take place on April 13th.
Several features not found on the Scenic Eclipse will be included in the second Scenic Eclipse. A salt therapy lounge with heated beds will be added to the steam room area.
The Eclipse's infrared chairs are popular for their ability to relieve back pain and relax muscles, and the new ship will use color light therapy to revive skin cells.
A new bar and pool will be introduced by the Eclipse II.
The construction of Eclipse II started in May of 2020. The introduction of the Scenic Eclipse II and the Emerald Sakara is part of the group's plan to double its capacity in ocean cruising in the years to come. The Scenic Group has two luxury cruises and tours.
The ship will stay in different places. On August 2, the Eclipse II will embark on a 12-day voyage to the North Pole.
The ship will sail 15-day itineraries out of Ushuaia in Argentina.
